Who we are

First Kick Football is a trading name of First Kick CIC, a community interest company registered in England (company number 15651813). Our registered office is 9a Hennel Lane, Walton-le-Dale, Preston PR5 4LA.

Booking and payment

You can book a course online or by phone. Courses are paid in two instalments: the first when you book and the second no later than the first session. Our prices include VAT where it applies.

Cancellations, refunds and credits

Course fees are non-refundable, but refunds or credits may be given in limited circumstances under our refund and credit policy. If we cancel a session, we'll rearrange it so you still receive the full course, or offer a pro-rata refund if that isn't possible. If we cancel a whole course, we'll refund you in full, including any deposit.

At sessions

Please supervise your child when arriving and leaving, keep siblings, bags and buggies well back from the playing area and bring plenty of water. Please do not bring food, to avoid the risk of choking. Let your coach know about any condition that could affect your child taking part.

Photos

We follow FA guidance on photography. You are welcome to photograph your own child, but please do not share photos of other children, or their names, on social media. We may use photos taken at sessions for marketing unless you tell us in writing that you would prefer us not to.

Keeping in touch

We use the details you give us to run your child's course and keep you updated by text, WhatsApp, phone, email or post. Please keep your contact details up to date, and let us know if you would rather not be contacted in a particular way.

Complaints

If something isn't right, please speak to your coach first. If that doesn't put it right, call us on 01772 428 086 or write to our head office and we'll look into it.
